My StoryIn High School freshman year I was 95 LBS and worked out all the time. I didn’t understand that nutrition plays a role in muscle development and growth. Throughout my four years of High School I gradually gained weight and strength and senior year got up to 140 LBS. College is where I took weight training to the next level because we had an unlimited meal plan. I could go into the cafeteria as many times as I wanted to and eat as much as I wanted to. It was perfect for muscle growth and weight gain. By senior year of college, I got up to 170 and had developed significant strength. After College I fluctuated in weight up and down from 140 to 200 LBS. I gradually learned the secrets of nutrition and how it affects the mind and body. Now I’m trying to share the knowledge I gained and help others achieve whatever goals they desire. It’s not just about weight training. Nutrition is part of the equation too. Whether a person wants to be lean with defined abdominals or a person wants to put on a substantial amount of muscle and gain strength or a person just wants to be healthy and well.
